General provisions

1. These terms and conditions set out the mutual rights, obligations and liability of the buyer (the Buyer) and MB "Lynx Prekyba" (the Seller) when the Buyer purchases goods in the online store www.lynxmonadas.lt.

1.1. These online store rules (the Rules) are a legally binding document for the Buyer and the Seller. They define the rights and obligations of the Parties, the terms and procedure for purchasing, paying for, delivering and returning goods, and other terms related to buying and selling goods in the online store.
1.2. A Buyer under these Rules is a person who buys in the online store. The following may buy in the online store:
1.2.1. a natural person with full legal capacity, i.e. an adult whose legal capacity has not been restricted by a court;
1.2.2. a legal entity.
1.3. By registering or placing an order, the Buyer unconditionally confirms that they have the right to buy in the online store.
1.4. The Seller reserves the right to change, correct or supplement these Rules at any time. The Buyer is informed of changes on the online store website. Changes take effect from publication for all transactions concluded after publication, so the Buyer is advised to read the Rules with every purchase.
1.5. The Seller is released from any liability if the Buyer has not read the Rules in part or in full, even though they had the opportunity to do so.

A purchase is deemed concluded when the Buyer, having filled the shopping cart, provided all the required details and paid (or chosen to pay) the amount stated by the Seller, receives an order (purchase) confirmation from the Seller at the email address provided. By placing an order, the Buyer is deemed to have read and unconditionally accepted these Rules.

  2. Prices in the online store and in the order are in euros, including VAT.
  3. The delivery price is shown separately when the cart is created.

Rights and obligations of the Buyer

  1. Under these Rules and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, the Buyer has the right to buy goods in the online store.
  2. If the details in the Buyer's account change, the Buyer must update them.
  3. The Buyer has the right to return or exchange goods under the terms set out in these Rules.
  4. If the Buyer tries to harm the work or stable operation of the online store, the Seller may restrict or suspend (terminate) their access to the online store without prior notice.

  2. To enable the Buyer to use the services of the online store properly.
  3. To arrange delivery of the ordered goods to the address given by the Buyer.
  4. If, due to important circumstances, the Seller cannot deliver the ordered goods, the Seller will offer the Buyer similar goods or a new delivery date, and if the Buyer refuses, will refund the money paid within 3 working days.
  5. The Seller may cancel the Buyer's order without notice after 3 working days if the Buyer does not pay within the set term or does not provide additional information needed to fulfil the order.
  6. The Seller may delete (block) the Buyer's account if incomplete, false or misleading information is provided.

  2. The delivery price is shown in the Buyer's order.
  3. Delivery times are shown in the order. The Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases delivery may be delayed by unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller's control. In that case the Seller will contact the Buyer without delay to agree on delivery terms.
  4. The Seller is not liable for late delivery if the goods are not delivered, or are delivered late, through the Buyer's fault or due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.

Returns and exchanges of goods

1. If the Buyer was sold food products of inadequate quality before their expiry date, the Buyer may, at their choice:
1.1. ask for the goods to be replaced with the same goods of adequate quality;

1.3. return the goods to the Seller and ask for a refund of the money paid.

2. The Buyer may also exercise these rights if they were sold goods past their expiry date.

3. Food products of inadequate quality are exchanged or returned at the place of purchase or at another place indicated by the Seller that is convenient for the Buyer. The Buyer gives the Seller a written request and the goods. The request states the defects and which of the above remedies the Buyer chooses. A till receipt or another document confirming the purchase from this Seller is attached.

4. If the Buyer does not provide a till receipt or another document confirming the purchase from this Seller, the goods are exchanged or the Buyer's other requests are met only with the Seller's consent.

The Buyer pays the return shipping costs.
